The style of these tabs is the same as in Lock Activity.

Reports

The reports page allows administrators to monitor lock and user activity.

Device Exception

The Device Exception page reports any instances where a LockVue account has opened a lock using multiple mobile phone devices. Search by date up to a maximum of 90 days.

Some valid reasons are they have upgraded or replaces their mobile, or another persons phone was required in an emergency. The administrator can validate by contacting the user.

This report will also identify those without approval who are operating multiple phone devices and those who may be carrying out non-permitted activity. The administrator may choose to revoke their permissions.

Export Reports

The Export Report option allows Admins to run a report and generate a .csv file that lists lock, user and admin activity up to a maximum of 90 days.

This data can be used to monitor lock point utilisation, reconcile user permit compliance, incident event investigations, site check-in protocols, audit contractor time on the ground with that invoiced, asset tracking and scheduled visits.

If you need any support you can open this help desk by selecting Support in the left side menu.
