The LockVue mobile app has an offline operation mode that allows users to retain access to their locks in areas without internet access.
The LockVue mobile app will prompt users to switch over to offline mode when it detects poor connectivity. You can also force offline operation by disabling all internet access for your device.
To Manually use Offline Mode:
Before leaving internet coverage, log into the LockVue mobile app to refresh your access.
Close or Log out of the LockVue mobile app.
Put your device into Airplane mode.
Ensure your device's bluetooth is enabled.
Open the LockVue mobile app and tap login - you will be prompted to continue in offline mode.
Access your locks as needed.
When you return to internet coverage login to the LockVue app to synchronise.
Please Note: locks first need to be enabled for offline access by lock Owners/Administrators, and users need to periodically log in to refresh their access otherwise offline mode may not work as intended.
